Meet Your Instructor
Elaine Ann is a UX/Product Innovation expert with more than 20 years of experience. As the Founder and Director of Kaizor Innovation, she has collaborated with global brands like Google, Airbnb, BMW, Meta, Dropbox, and Intel to create impactful design solutions. Her earlier roles include positions at Razorfish, Philips Design, and Henry Dreyfuss in New York and Silicon Valley.
Elaine has served as Vice-Chairman of the Hong Kong Designers Association (2012–2014), is a jury member for the iF Design Awards, and leads the IxDA community in Vancouver. She holds a BFA in Communication Design and a Master’s in Interaction Design from Carnegie Mellon University.
She is currently also a General Partner and Co-Founder at Zenith Venture Studio creating AI B2B Startups from build to fund.
